We are currently seeking our next intern to join the Global HR and Internal Communication team. Your tasks will cover a range of activities based on business needs and your personal interests. General tasks in the Global HR team • Support Talent Acquisition Partner in recruitment activities • Create & publication vacancy texts • Create Social Media Employer Branding related content • Support in the administration and coordination of several training programs • Create monthly article on L&D topic for the newsletter • Collaborate on the launch of onboarding app and global onboarding process • Support in the rollout of the HEN Leadership academies General tasks in the Internal Communication team: Communication & Employer Branding: • Create design and layout of monthly newsletter • Create content for employer branding related topics on internal communication channel & social media • Collect and create articles from entities worldwide to post on the internal communication channel • Collaborate on the employee testimonials Bachelor thesis Additionally, you have the opportunity to integrate your bachelor thesis with the internship, contributing both to your academic development and the company’s progress.
